The team has more than 70 full-time R&D personnel, about 60 of whom have bachelor's degree or master's degree, while it includes 1 professional senior engineer, 11 senior engineers, 33 engineers, 2 experts awarded with specialized allowance from the State Council, 1 national model worker in the machinery industry, 1 outstanding Communist Party member in Guangdong Province, 1 winner of the May Day Labor Medal in Guangdong Province, 3 innovation leaders in Foshan City, and 7 senior talents in Sanshui District. The R&D personnel cover machinery, hydraulics, electrical automation, material forming process, instrument analysis, measurement, scientific research management and other disciplines.

Wen Yizhang has led and participated in the design work of more than ten models of products, achieving multipleNo.1 creation domestically and even globally, ofwhich 4 products have been rated as NationalKey New Product while the 3 won the award for the development of the first (set) major technical equipment in Guangdong Province.
 
Wen Yizhang has made multiple major innovative achievements, overcome multiple industry technical difficul-ties, while his research results have overall reached the "international advanced" level in technology. He has applied for a total of 100 patents and achieved fruitful results, including 38 invention patents; 71 granted patents, including 15 invention patents, and 2 granted international patents.
 
Wen Yizhang has been awarded as the Outstanding Communist Party Member of Guang-dong Province, Guangdong Province May Day Labor Medal, Guangdong Province Science and Technology Progress Award, National Building Materials Industry Technology Innovation
Award, and 3-time Chinese Patent Awards (all as the first inventor).
