HLT R&D Team adheres to project-driven work with the goal of building product capabilities, and conducts R&D work focused on customer needs and industry trends. The team has rich experience in extrusion equipment design and engineering implementation. Based on its own technical accumulation and analysis, it transforms market demands into technical solutions that are implementable, verifiable, and capable of continuous optimization.
The R&D team currently consists of 33 members, including 7 holding postgraduate degrees and 20 holding titles of senior engineer or engineer. The core team members are graduates of prestigious 985 Project universities such as Harbin Institute of Technology, South China University of Technology, and Xi’an Jiaotong University. Their expertise spans mechanical design, hydraulic systems, electrical automation, material forming processes, metrology technology, and research management. The team is equipped with full-process R&D support capabilities, ranging from conceptual design and key technology development, to prototype validation, process optimization, and on-site improvements.

Alex Zhang
Alex Zhang graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology with a master's degree. He has been deeply involved in mechanical R&D for many years. He has presided over and participated in the R&D of more than ten key model products, led the team to overcome many industry technical problems, and the relevant achievements have reached an internationally advanced level. The products under his leadership have won many honors including the Better Design Award (BDA) Product Design Award, Guangdong Famous High-Tech Products, and Guangdong Patent Excellence Award. He has obtained 11 authorized patents in total, including 2 invention patents, 8 utility model patents, and 1 design patent, empowering the high-quality development of the enterprise with technological innovation and intellectual property rights.
