Against the backdrop of the accelerated global carbon neutrality process and the booming aluminum processing industry, the Aluminium China 2025 was grandly held in Halls N1-N5 of the Shanghai New International Expo Center from July 9 to 11. According to official statistics, the exhibition scale reached 60,000 square meters, bringing together more than 600 exhibitors from around the world to fully display the entire aluminum industry chain, and more than 30,000 professional visitors from around the world came in droves.

Currently, aluminum applications are entering a period of rapid development, and the global market demand for industrial profiles continues to be strong. However, traditional extrusion presses face pain points such as low efficiency, insufficient yield, and poor stability, which have become bottlenecks restricting the development of the industry. In line with industry needs, HLT uses innovation as an engine and leverages this exhibition to showcase its innovative achievements to global customers - how the new generation of extrusion press can continue to inject momentum into the development of new quality productivity. As a brand-new model that was first launched and exhibited, the new generation of extrusion presses attracted many merchants to stop and watch as soon as they appeared on site. They conducted heated consultations and in-depth discussions on key aspects such as the technical details, operating procedures, durability, and intelligent extrusion of the model, and the interactive atmosphere on site was very strong.

With the rapid growth of demand for aluminum profiles with high-difficulty extrusion process in industries such as EV cars, solar panel, and 3C, HLT's new generation of extrusion press has emerged. The equipment integrates multiple structural and intelligent innovations, focuses on customer pain points, helps customers achieve substantial improvements in efficiency, quality, cost, and operation and maintenance management, and comprehensively enhances market competitiveness.


The main core advantages of the equipment are as follows:


          1.  High-precision to ensure product stability

The compact tie rod center distance and strong prestressed frame, combined with a four-point die locking system, reduce the deformation of the frame and die under high-pressure extrusion, ensure the dimensional consistency of complex cross-section profiles and improve product yield, and reduce the cost of post-process correction and scrapping.


    2.  Smooth operation, extending the life of die and equipment

The hydraulic system uses flexible proportional pressure relief technology to eliminate operating shock and vibration, and the action is gentle, which improves the long-term stability of the equipment. Dynamic control of the die locking force can extend the long-term service life of the die.


    3.  Cleaner system, more reliable hydraulics

The use of weld-free high-pressure steel pipes + multi-stage clean hydraulic system eliminates the risk of oil leakage from the source, extends the service life of hydraulic oil, reduces maintenance frequency and hydraulic-related failures, and reduces maintenance costs and the risk of sudden downtime.


    4.  Industry-leading energy saving and quiet experience

The servo pump is directly controlled by PLC, with built-in optimized energy-saving coupling algorithm, and the energy consumption of the whole machine is leading in the industry; it is equipped with a silent power station to effectively reduce working noise, improve the workshop operating environment, and meet high standards of environmental protection and human factors.


    5.  More efficient operation and smarter maintenance
