From October 6 to 8, 2026, ALUMINIUM 2026 — the world's most influential professional event for the aluminum industry — will open at Messe Düsseldorf in Germany. The exhibition is expected to gather over 800 exhibitors and more than 20,000 professional visitors, covering the entire aluminum industry chain and serving as a recognized barometer of aluminum processing technology.

Aluminum Extrusion Press
HLT extrusion presses cover a full range from 800 to 15,000 tons, including direct single-action, direct double-action, indirect single-action, and indirect double-action models. They meet the extrusion needs of high-end products across photovoltaics, new energy vehicle lightweighting, rail transit, and architectural aluminum profiles.
The next-generation extrusion press features six core advantages: high rigidity, high precision, high efficiency, high energy saving, high safety, and high intelligence.
In-House Main Press and Auxiliary Equipment, Fully Integrated Line
HLT Intelligent Extrusion Complete Line
Unlike the common model of "main press only, auxiliary equipment outsourced and assembled from multiple suppliers," HLT adopts a group-level collaborative complete-line design: HLT Industry Co., Ltd. is responsible for the extrusion press main unit, while its subsidiary HLT Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. supplies the downstream auxiliary line.
The entire line's mechanical structure and electrical control are developed on the same platform, achieving precise matching of production cycles and seamless integration of extrusion processes and equipment.
The line is equipped with the self-developed HLT-V2.0 intelligent MES system, supporting full-line process recall, data acquisition, and remote diagnostics. Combined with digital twin technology, it can simulate complete line operation before production and optimize process parameters in advance, helping new lines achieve rapid yield ramp-up.
To date, HLT intelligent extrusion complete lines have been successfully applied by leading enterprises both in China and overseas.
