HLT has supplied a YPL1500 aluminum extrusion line to A Neng Group, a Chinese automotive component manufacturer. The line was commissioned in 2025 and now is in production.
A Neng Group was founded in 1988 and is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise. The company specializes in automotive piping and tube components, including air conditioning piping assemblies, engine piping assemblies, and metal connectors for braking systems. It operates six production bases across China.
The company supplies components to a wide range of global automotive manufacturers, including GAC Group, GM, Toyota, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Geely, and Xpeng. Its products are exported to markets across Europe, North America, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
A Neng Group produces a broad range of automotive components, with a strong focus on thermal management systems, engine piping, braking systems, and battery cooling systems for new energy vehicles. The group has established six manufacturing facilities and nine subsidiaries, covering a total area of over 230,000 square meters. With more than 3,500 employees and over 2,200 CNC machines, the company maintains a robust production capacity to serve both domestic and international customers.
The YPL1500 line was customized for A Neng Group's specific production requirements. It is now used for producing certain automotive components, supporting the company's manufacturing operations.
