HLT Intelligent Equipment New Facility Officially Put into Production

On June 25, HLT Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. held a commissioning ceremony for its new manufacturing facility in Foshan, marking an important step in HLT Group's strategic expansion into complete extrusion line solutions.

The new facility focuses on the R&D and production of auxiliary equipment for aluminum extrusion lines, including cooling, pulling, sawing, stretching, and aging systems — addressing the industry's long-standing challenges of fragmented, multi-supplier lines with inconsistent standards, compatibility issues, and complex commissioning.

Addressing Industry Pain Points with a New Approach

In traditional extrusion lines, auxiliary equipment from multiple suppliers often leads to mismatched standards, incompatible communication protocols, and complicated on-site commissioning — ultimately affecting line efficiency and product quality.

HLT Intelligent Equipment is established to address these challenges. By offering integrated, modular, and customizable downstream solutions, the company ensures unified control systems, consistent performance, and efficient and convenient after-sales service — with clear accountability for line performance and output, allowing customers to work with a single point of contact and unified acceptance standards.

Leadership Remarks

Kevin Liang, General Manager of HLT Intelligent Equipment, expressed gratitude to the group, partners, and all employees for their dedication during the relocation and ramp-up phase. He reaffirmed the company's commitment to becoming a benchmark in the auxiliary equipment sector.

Jack Qin, Executive Director of HLT Intelligent Equipment and General Manager of HLT Extrusion Press Division, noted that the new facility marks HLT's strategic transformation from a standalone press supplier to a full-line system provider, leveraging decades of manufacturing expertise and KEDA Industrial Group's platform resources. He emphasized the company's focus on high-end, intelligent, and green development in the future, aiming to expand globally through integrated line delivery capabilities.

Xuexian Yang, Director and General Manager of KEDA Industrial Group and General Manager of LITAI Ceramic Machinery, highlighted the significant potential of the aluminum extrusion equipment market, noting that the competitive landscape remains open with considerable room for growth. He encouraged the team to stay committed to a "high-end, international" development path and move forward with unity and determination.

A New Chapter for Integrated Extrusion Solutions

For nearly seven decades, HLT has deeply cultivated the forming equipment industry and has been recognized as a "National Manufacturing Single-Champion Enterprise." The establishment of the intelligent equipment company has further optimized the layout of the upstream and downstream industrial chain. As the aluminum processing industry places increasingly high demands on integrated line quality, process digitalization, and delivery efficiency, downstream equipment is evolving from mere auxiliary support into a critical factor determining the overall performance of the production line.

The commissioning of the new facility serves not only as a launch ceremony for HLT Intelligent Equipment but also marks the full implementation of HLT’s strategy for integrated aluminum extrusion production lines.
