Attending Options

After registration, you can apply for a visitor pass at the manual/self-service counter during the exhibition period and enter the venue for free in Entrance Hall No. 2.

Important Tips：

If ordinary visitors fail to submit the registration form before July 1 and need to register on site, they must pay an entrance fee of 100 yuan（RMB） per person to the organizer.

All visitors must bring valid identification documents (Includeing ID card/passport/Hong Kong and Macau Pass/Taiwan Compatriot Certificate) to enter the venue.

How To Find HLT's Booth?

After getting the pass from Entrance Hall No. 2 (between No. 1210 Fangdian Road and Huamu Road), follow the red arrows in the picture above, go straight through Gate ① of Hall N1, go through Gate ① of Hall N2, and the HLT booth 2A01 is on the right side of the entrance.
