The list of the sixth batch of Guangdong Provincial Industrial Design Centers was recently announced. A total of 53 units in the province were selected, and "HLT Industrial Design Center" was on the list! It is the only recognized corporate industrial design center in the industry. So far, Foshan HLT Machinery Co., Ltd. has provincial R&D and innovation design platforms such as provincial enterprise technology center, provincial engineering technology research center, and provincial industrial design center.

The Guangdong Provincial Industrial Design Center is recognized by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. The selected units are industrial design centers, industrial design companies or industrial design bases with strong industrial design innovation capabilities, distinctive characteristics, standardized management, outstanding performance, and obvious demonstration and driving effects . It not only represents the advanced innovation capabilities and technical level of Guangdong's industrial design, but also represents Guangdong's high recognition of corporate industrial design centers.

As early as the 1960s, during the product design and development process, HLT craftsmen, under extremely simple conditions, recorded the product structure by hand-drawing with high professionalism. After arduous entrepreneurial struggles, they formed a technical heritage of "extreme, rigorous, and excellence" , which has been passed down to this day. In the 1990s, HLT was the first in the industry to introduce the internationally advanced 3D CAD design software Solidworks; in recent years, it has introduced Siemens AMESim hydraulic simulation and digital twin systems to realize computer virtual simulation, digital twin visualization research and design of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. By adopting advanced design tools, building technical platforms and product platforms, we provide solid technical support for product research and development and design.

With more than 60 years of design and innovation experience in the industry, HLT continues to overcome key core technologies in the field of ceramic forming and metal profile extrusion equipment. Through continuous innovative design and industry-university-research cooperation, dozens of the company's scientific and technological achievements have been identified as "internationally leading" and "internationally advanced".
